I believe that you guys already know that xtgem site was down and dead since August 28 2017.
The admins are working tiredlesly to bring it back online. I contacted them via their support email and they told me "XtGem is currently undergoing maintenance. We are working as hard as possible to restore the service. Our apologies for the inconvenience."
